We believe in keeping things transparent and straightforward. Here’s how we work together to create something brilliant.

GETTING STARTED
When you get in touch, we’ll have a proper chat about your needs and confirm exactly what work is required. We’ll then provide you with a clear, detailed quotation so there are no surprises.

PAYMENT OPTIONS
We offer flexible payment options because we know budgets vary:

OPTION 1: PAY UPFRONT
• 10% non-refundable deposit plus any upfront fees (hosting, domains, etc.)
• Full payment due upon completion of your first draft
• Once paid, you get unlimited revisions on that first draft
• Additional pages or content beyond the original scope will be quoted separately

OPTION 2: SPREAD THE COST (12 MONTHS)
• We’ll create a simple contract for you to sign
• Monthly payments include standard maintenance plus your website cost divided by 12
• After your final payment, maintenance drops to our standard rate
• Perfect for seasonal businesses or spreading costs

VIDEO EDITING PROJECTS
• 50% deposit required (due to the intensive nature of video work)
• Full payment due after first draft completion
• Unlimited tweaks and edits included after payment

IMPORTANT BITS
• Graphics will include watermarks until final payment
• Non-payment will result in website removal (we really don’t want this to happen!)
• Additional work beyond the original scope will be quoted separately or covered under maintenance plans
