We value honest communication and shared creative control. You’ll be looped into each step of the process, from the moodboard phase to launch day. Want to be hands-on? We welcome it. Prefer a light touch? We’ve got it covered.

We recommend WordPress for most builds due to its flexibility, but we can work with whatever platform suits your needs. Whether you plan to take over after setup or keep us on for maintenance, everything we build is designed to be clean, custom, and adaptable.

Consultation & Mapping

Moodboarding, branding, and platform selection

Hannah and Sam will work with you to map out the core identity of your brand — from colours and imagery to tone of voice and visual mood. This includes:

  • Brand, colour, and mood mapping

  • Initial vibe board & image selections

  • Tool/platform selection (e.g. WordPress, Hosting, Domain, etc.)

We’ll explore how you want to show up online (or in print), and how involved you’d like to be in maintaining things moving forward — so we can recommend the right CMS, tools, or support setup. We’ll also finalise your business name, domain, and hosting needs here.

Initial Build & Setup

Tech setup and UX structure

Once the vision is in place, Hannah will get to work on the technical foundations:

  • Registering your domain

  • Hosting setup & email accounts 

  • CMS installation & customisation (WordPress or builder of choice)

  • Email campaign manager setup (optional)

  • Sample/test pages, graphics, and video style guidance

This stage helps you preview the site’s basic layout, flow, and visual direction before diving into the details.

First Draft

Content build-out and design cohesion

This is where your project starts to take shape:

  • Core structure built across pages

  • Brand-led graphics and video elements (optional)

  • Initial copy/content provided (optional)

  • Site styling and layout refined

Sam and Hannah work across their fields here — Hannah on structure and layout, Sam on graphic design, copy, and branding. This draft is sent to you for review with no pressure — just honest feedback encouraged.

Tweaking & Refinement

Revisions, polish, and feedback loop

No limits here — Sam will work with you to keep refining until it feels just right:

  • Unlimited revisions

  • Typography, spacing, and flow adjustments

  • Optimising for clarity, personality, and ease-of-use

We’ll guide you through this collaboratively, ensuring your voice and aesthetic remain front and centre.

Launch & Maintainance

Going live + ongoing support (if needed)

Once you’ve signed off, we’ll take care of the final setup:

  • Launch checks & site submission

  • SEO and analytics tracking setup

  • Handover (if managing yourself) or move into maintenance

Our ongoing support is flexible — We can hand you the keys and show you how to edit and maintain everything yourself, or look after it all on your behalf, whether it’s updates, content, social graphics, or SEO reports — everything is optional and grows with your needs.

SETUP vs MAINTENANCE

Here’s how we work — whether you want to take the reins or keep us on hand.


Setup Only

We build the foundations, then hand over the keys.

We’ll guide you through the full setup process, from branding and layout to hosting and email tools. Once it’s ready to go, we’ll onboard you with all the tools and training you need to manage it confidently on your own.

What’s included:

  • Full site build with your branding, structure, and style

  • CMS setup (e.g. WordPress or platform of choice)

  • Domain & hosting configuration

  • Email accounts and/or campaign manager setup

  • Graphics templates (for social or email)

  • Video styles locked in (if applicable)

  • Training session: how to edit and update your website

  • Walkthroughs for using your CMS, graphics templates & email platform

You can pick and mix – we can include just a website, or bundle in graphics, video, email campaigns, or content writing. Fully scalable, fully flexible.

Keep everything ticking over…


Maintenance

We stick around to keep things running smoothly.

Maintenance starts from £125/month, for ongoing maintenance contracts scaling based on how much ongoing support you need. You can go for a base website-only option or opt into flexible add-ons like emails, social graphics, or analytics.

Choose a monthly plan or request work ad hoc (pay as you change :D).

What’s covered (based on your needs):

  • Website updates & small content changes

  • Technical maintenance & plugin updates

  • SEO & security monitoring

  • Analytics reports (Google Analytics, SEO performance)

  • Email campaign management (Mailchimp etc.)

  • Monthly or weekly graphic creation for social media

  • Ad hoc support & creative tweaks

Maintenance can be a flat monthly rate, or mix-and-match based on what you need that month. We’ll work with your flow.

Not ready to go straight into a monthly payment? No worries, we can make changes on an ad hoc basis.
